Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hi@thenicebum.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software, and personal care items.
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is an error on our part.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
